2 ) Any advice about going abroad for undergraduate studies?
Architecture & Design-You can do your undergraduate studies in India and go abroad for a good Masters programme later. However if you do the undergraduate programme abroad you only require a very solid design portfolio as they do not have an entrance test.

3) When selecting my 11th and 12th college, which board of education is best for this line?
Architecture & Design You can choose to do HSC, ISC, CBSE, IB, IGCSE whichever mode suits you.
4) Will I be able to cope with the homework and timetable given along with my 12th studies?
Architecture & Design – Graphiques has students from all education boards and they cope just fine. The classes are structured so as to concentrate more on basic fundamentals, creative thinking and theory in std 11 and keep the skill enhancement more for std 12 when you are preoccupied.

5 ) How important is the 12th board score?
Architecture-Very very important as it accounts for 50% of the weightage in the merit score for admissions.
Design-A minimum 50% is only an eligibility factor but the marks are not added in your merit score for admissions.

6 ) Do I require any other drawing classes?
Not at all. Every module is well covered in the class and if you stick to the practice schedule you should be able to muster adequate skills for the entrance test.
7 ) Will it be difficult for me if I did not take TD in school?
All the required TD is taught gradually from scratch and within a few weeks you will master it. Prior knowledge is great but really not necessary.
8) Is a domicile certificate required for admission?
Architecture-Domicile is a requisite only in very few institutes for certain category of seats. In lieu of this they sometimes accept the birth certificate or the school leaving certificate

9) Do you need to do any other online training for the entrance exams?
No. There are many mock papers and quizzes online that you can do for free. Graphiques also has many screen tests for eye coordination, memory, observation and speed. Graphiques will give students enough practice in creating digital presentations, facing online interviews and interactive screen experience as required for the entrance exams.
10) How is it for a girl to practice these careers in the Indian scenario?
Absolutely normal nowadays as all the barriers are down and the industry respects women’s contribution. The career can be made project-bound so that you can take leave for starting your family. It can be pressure-regulated and delegated when your home commitments are more. It can be soft-optioned so that you can chose specializations to work from home.
11) Should you focus on college or programme for design?
Design -Your focus should first be on inherent interests and skills for which you are evaluated at Graphiques. Then you select a field and maybe a branch. Only then do you find the top colleges offering what you want and apply. Unfortunately in India we do things ulta. We select a college and field first and go about preparing without seeing if the student has the requisite leanings towards that career.

12) Is it necessary to do the Government elementary and intermediate Drawing Exams?
Architecture & Design -While it shows that you have a drawing skill and improves that aspect, it is not necessary or mandatory for admission .Only the Bachelor of Fine Art Entrance exam conducted for JJ and Rachna give you an increase in your percentage at the time of your admission, equivalent to the grade you received.
